GEOER ("we" below) knows how important personal information is to you. This policy explains what information we collect while providing our checking services, how we use it, how we store it, and what rights you can exercise.
1. What we collect
Depending on the service, we collect only what is necessary to complete the check:
- Website GEO (free): your website domain and the email to receive the report (required); how to address you and other contact details (optional).
- Brand GEO / Product Series GEO (full version): brand name and category (required); competitor names (optional, up to 4).
- Payment is handled by a third-party payment channel; we neither touch nor store your card number, payment password or other payment information.
Beyond that, we do not collect ID numbers, home addresses, contact lists or any other personal data unrelated to the check.
2. How we use it
- To generate the question list the check requires;
- To run the check and produce the report;
- To deliver check results to you (on the page, report page or credential page);
- To communicate with you about this service — delivery notes, issue notices, invoicing.
We do not use your information for profiling, and we do not run advertising based on it.
3. What the Website GEO check accesses
Submitting a domain means you authorize us to visit that site's public pages the way a search crawler would, in order to assess its technical readiness. We do not attempt to log in, do not touch admin areas, and do not access anything that requires authorization. The check reads only publicly accessible pages and structured files, such as robots.txt, sitemaps, and pages' meta tags and structured data.
4. Cookies and visit analytics
This site uses no cookies and includes no third-party advertising or behavioral tracking scripts. We keep only anonymous, non-identifying visit statistics, such as page view counts and referral channels. Form data you submit on this site travels over an encrypted connection and is used only for this service.
5. Storage, retention and security
The domain, brand, category and email address you submit are stored only on access-controlled servers. Client raw material is never shared: prompt distillation and semantic clustering run locally. Reports are retained under your order number for you to revisit at any time; if you would like them deleted early, just write to us. Raw answers and source links produced during the check are archived for a period so you can compare on a re-check, then cleared once the retention window passes.
6. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell, rent or otherwise share your information with third parties, except where laws or regulations compel it. The sample reports and Field Test articles we publish are all anonymized: brands and models appear as placeholders, and source site names do not appear.
7. Your rights
You can contact us at contact@geoer.ai at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted. We respond within a reasonable time.
8. Policy updates and contact
